One of the top 2 customer service experiences I've had while shopping for a car. When car shopping, I figure if I haven't frustrated at least 3 car salesmen I haven't done my due diligence in shopping. There was no need here. They were polite, and more accommodating than they probably should have been. They allowed my mechanic friend (Jeff Lockett of Express Lube on Tropicana and Boulder, the "magic mechanic, seriously, he's a magician, ask him for a trick), Jeff gave the car a thorough look and test drove it and gave it his approval. The car was priced reasonably and due to the good customer service, I decided not even to haggle the price. The car was what I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. Adam, Nick, and Chinaa were great. ~ August M

From 3 other experiences of crap to what I just got here from Adam at PT, he was the pick of them all. Had another dealership that was supposed to BE a solid for family connection and get taken care of to nothing but headaches and bullshit, to talking with Adam here at PT and getting exactly what was offered, 100% soild guy and we were on the same page the whole time, this Man delivers on his word, and thats Bond to me, I can hold him to it. He knew my requirements and came 100% with results no issues. Thank you again for the car and not just listening to what I had needed but hearing me out, and my mother appreciates it alot. I just bought my second car from Nick at PT Auto Sales and it couldn't have gone better. After looking at several other dealers and realizing that they were all ready to put me into a 72 month loan with all kinds of fees, add-ons, and extended warranties, I called Nick and he had cars that were the same year and milage for thousands of dollars less. No pressure, no haggling, no hidden fees, or worthless warranties that cost several thousands of dollars extra. What do wise ppl say ? With patience the best comes at last ☺ after long searching for a car that could bring me and my daughter safe thru the streets without breaking down and having air conditioning in this soon coming heat i found pt's auto sales . The people are super nice and funny u feel like you talking to family when you there ..he helped me right away get the financing set up i am so grateful to found what i was looking for with them . Several things, paid for a car cash here and literally took a matter of hours and that's only cause B of A took so long granting me a cashiers check. All of the staff are very helpful, don't cut any corners and are always up front on what you're purchasing. Will do business again when time allots. Lastly, one recommends the DMV services, I needed to get my registration and they had tags and registration in a matter of days. This service I highly recommend, just take a look at the DMV lines during this pandemic. Great staff! ~ Alfred D

If you need a car I definitely recommend you go see Nick at PT Auto Sales. I was in and out of there with a solid vehicle at a good price. They do "in house" financing as well so if you have less than stellar credit PT Auto is a great option. Everyone there was extremely nice and they also have a DMV Services desk with great pricing that will save you from taking a trip to the DMV. Bottom line...Definitely stop by and talk to Nick if you're in the market for a car. ~ Ronald B

PT AUTO SALES IS THE BEST... My husband and I were in need of a car I called so many dealerships that said they were pay here buy here and they really werent... When we found pt auto sales they REALLY WERE PAY HERE BUY HERE. They don't run ANY CREDIT at all they were willing to help with our down payment, in payments IF YOU NEED HELP WITH GETTING A CAR GO HERE ASK FOR NICK HE WAS GREAT. Nick was very kind, and professional, not someone that was just looking to take your money. He's been in the car sales business for over 30 years, he knows his business! After calling and going in to different dealerships around Las Vegas when they would promise that they would be able to help me ( someone with not so great credit) but unfortunately every time I would go in somehow the quote they would give me online or over the phone would change drastically or deny me if a high deposit wasn't made first. I am honestly so happy and blessed to come across PT Auto sales after my car broke down. They are very friendly, honest and what they post is what they actually sell. I went in thinking there was a catch or that they will deny me but after talking to Nick I couldn't believe how fast and easy the process was. I purchased a 2015 Hyundai accent 2 months ago and I waited this long to write the review just to make sure the car was in good condition or to see if maybe the payment plan would somehow change (I have had bad experiences from other dealerships) but so far everything has been what they promised, Nick even advised to do the registration online to save money ! I am happy to have found a honest dealership that was able to help out a single mom with not the best credit. I truly recommend this dealership to anyone ! ~ Angie P

DMV Services here are excellent! Small fee and they do all of the work, including going to the DMV for you!! No need to purchase a car from them to use their DMV Services. Would definitely recommend!!! ~ bee z
